How to make a request

Email hello@appsuy.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

What to include

• The email address associated with your account, if you have one.
• The agency name and connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, if the request concerns a Meta integration.
• If the request concerns Instagram or Messenger messages, the username or the name those messages arrived under.
• The WhatsApp phone number involved, if the request concerns WhatsApp messages or an agent’s linked number.
• A description of the data or connection you want deleted.

What happens next

We will verify that the request comes from an authorized person before deleting data from an account or agency. We will respond by email with confirmation or, if we need information to identify the correct data, with the next steps.

Deletion may be limited by information we must retain to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. If that applies, we will explain what information cannot be deleted and why.
