These are the terms presented when you create or use an InfoRealEstate.ai account.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using InfoRealEstate.ai (the “Service”), operated by AppsUY (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
2. Description of the Service
InfoRealEstate.ai is an AI-powered conversational search and discovery platform for real estate listings, offering map-based browsing, comparison tools, saved searches, and notifications (including via WhatsApp). The Service is informational only: we are not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any property transaction. Listings are sourced from third parties (agencies, portals, and public sources); we do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or completeness, and any transaction takes place directly between you and the relevant realtor, owner, or agency.
3. User Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or automated data extraction, no impersonation, no uploading of unlawful or harmful content, and no attempts to disrupt or compromise the Service's security or availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to power conversational search, property descriptions, and recommendations. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors, and must not be treated as real estate, legal, or financial advice. Always verify listing details, pricing, and availability directly with the realtor, agency, or property owner before making any decision.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, trademarks, and original content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party listing data (photos, descriptions, and prices) remains the property of the respective listing source.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information (including account details, search activity, chat history, and location data) is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to that processing. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on listing data or AI-generated content. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
8. Service Modifications
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including specific features, without prior notice and without liability for doing so.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Connected social media channels
The person administering a real estate agency may voluntarily connect the agency's Facebook Page and Instagram Business account in order to publish listings from the platform. That connection requires Meta's publishing permissions (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish) and optionally offers the metrics ones (read_insights, instagram_manage_insights) and the messaging ones (pages_messaging, instagram_manage_messages, pages_manage_metadata), which may be declined without losing publishing. Every post requires the explicit approval of a member of the agency. By connecting the channels, the agency states that it administers those accounts and holds the rights to the content it publishes through them, and undertakes to comply with the terms of the Meta platforms. The connection can be ended at any time from the CRM. What data each permission touches, how long it is kept, and how the authorisation is withdrawn are set out in the Privacy Policy.
